Potatopak - Exclusively biodegradable Products

The Potatopak range consists of Exclusively Biodegradable Trays, Plates, Bowls, Cups and Containers Made mainly from Potato starch with all food grade ingredients, including colours. After use, they can be composted or used for pig food or in a worm farm. They are ideal as a disposable for serving all kinds of hot or wet food. They remain strong for hours but will soften with wet food eventually. They are not yet suitable for extremely hot foods (like hot soup). They are fine for gift packing storage of dry items or foods, but not suitable for the storage of wet foods. An inexpensive grease proof paper can be used as a liner which looks great, extends the storage time for wet food and can be purchased pre cut to size. The plates, bowls and trays are designed to replace plastic and paper disposable products in serve and eat or buffet situations like bbq’s, events, functions, festivals, parties, catering and cafe takeaways. They have been used regularly for weddings, balls and even full Christmas dinners and deserts, thus saving on washing up, waste disposal and land fill costs, especially in situations where hygiene is important.

Potatopak is an exclusively biodegradable and compostable product, thus saving landfill, reducing waste costs and great for the environment. All Potatopak products are also manufactured from renewable, sustainable resources and guaranteed not to last.
